Who are the speakers?
Ross Abraham: Pastor Ross is a visionary leader and the founder of Beautiful Crazy – a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of families in hospital ICUs through compassion and generosity. He also serves as the National Executive Chairman of the International Network of Churches (INC).
Phillip Cave AM: Phil is founder and Executive Chair of Anchorage and has been investing in operational turnarounds for over 40 years. Prior to embarking on his turnaround investment path, Phil was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank. Phil was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2007 for services to the community, particularly support services to children and young adults with disabilities, and to business as a company director. He is currently Chairman of the not-for-profit organisations Ability First Australia and Excelsia University College.
Ashley Gullo: Ashley co-founded Brandon & Gullo Lawyers with partner Rob Brandon in 2007. Ashley also serves as special counsel to INC, one of Australia’s largest religious organisations, which operates globally and encompasses a university, bank, and schools. Together with his wife Karen, Ash teaches on personal finance bringing together wisdom on personal wealth building and principles of generosity and generational prosperity. Ash also regularly speaks at business conferences and forums both in Australia and internationally, and mentors numerous entrepreneurs.
Ken Wootton: Pastor Ken serves as Chair of Christian Heritage College (CHC) and Director on the Board of the International Network of Churches (INC), a global movement of more than 2,000 churches across 40 nations. Ken led the growth of Highlands Campus, which includes a church of more than 4,000 members, an Early Learning Centre, and a Christian P–12 school. During this time, the campus grew to hold $50 million in assets, generates $20 million in annual turnover, and employs more than 200 staff. Across all his roles, he applies a strategic approach and a strong commitment to Kingdom impact-building partnerships, developing practical strategies, and leading workshops that support leadership and healthy culture.
