FIRM & Highlands Tour of Israel 2027
Although the gospel went around the world from Jerusalem, today less than 1% of Israel’s 9-million people are believers in Jesus. How could it be that the place where Jesus walked is home to so many people who have never known Him?
FIRM is on a mission to engage Christians and empower local ministries to see lives transformed in Israel. We serve a God who is alive, and people—Jewish and Arab alike—are coming to know Jesus as their Messiah in Israel today.

Before submitting your Expression of Interest, please take a few minutes to read through the information below. This will give you an idea of the expected timing, costs, inclusions and commitment involved in joining the Highlands Israel Tour.
When will the tour take place?
The best times to visit Israel are generally spring or autumn, when the weather is more comfortable for touring.
Potential travel periods:
- February – May 2027
- September – November 2027
The standard tour is approximately 8–10 days on the ground in Israel, plus travel time to and from Australia.
Tour Cost
The estimated tour cost is $3,200–$3,300 USD per person (approximately $4,466–$4,607 AUD, depending on exchange rates).
The tour cost includes:
- Welcome pack
- Airport pickup
- Unlimited bottled water
- 4-star accommodation
- Breakfast
- Dinner
- Tour guide
- Tips for buses, accommodation, dinners and other included services
Flights
Flights from Australia to Israel are not included in the tour cost.
Flights will generally involve travelling from Brisbane to Israel via Dubai or Singapore, depending on the airline and itinerary.
As a guide, return flights are currently estimated at approximately $2,800–$3,800 AUD per person. Flight prices can vary considerably depending on travel dates, airline and availability.
Flights will need to be paid for 90 days prior to departure.
Payment
Submitting an Expression of Interest is free and does not commit you to travelling.
Once the tour is confirmed and you decide to proceed, a Tour Agreement will need to be signed and a $500 non-refundable payment per person will be required to secure your place.
Please note:
- The $500 payment is non-refundable and secures your individual place on the tour. This amount will come off the final tour cost.
- Full payment of the tour cost will be required 60 days prior to departure.
- Flights will need to be paid for 90 days prior to departure.
Additional Costs
The following costs are not included in the tour price:
- Return flights from Australia to Israel
- Entry visa — approximately $10 USD
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- Lunches — approximately $25–$30 USD per person, per day
- Souvenirs and personal purchases
Estimated Total
As a general guide, we recommend allowing approximately:
$8,400 AUD + lunches + souvenirs per person
This is an estimate based on the current tour cost and anticipated return flights from Brisbane.
Please keep in mind that final costs may vary depending on exchange rates, flight prices, final tour pricing and individual spending.
